This experiential Reflective Practice program carves out time and space for educators to reflect upon how they approach their role?
With the support of a facilitator who acts as a companion, the direction of the experience is shaped solely by the participants unfolding responses to this key question.
The structure and length of the program is flexible and can be tailored to the requirements of the educator and their community.
Valued and Meaningful Support of Educators
The program is designed not to intersect with any internal or external program of review. It’s purpose is focused solely on the educator and what they discover about themselves personally and professionally. As a result, educators feel valued and appreciated.
Enable greater clarity & purpose
The cornerstone of the program is the regular conversation and journalling around the key question. Any emerging insights are complimented by data from psychometric testing and collegial feedback.
Increase responsibility and connection
The insights, skills and perspectives gained by the educator as a result of their participation serves to empower a sense of vocational responsibility. Greater awareness of their whole selves emerges which brings with it heightened positivity and community connection.
Flexible Program Development
Given the program only relies upon the presence of a Companion, the program caters for significant flexibility. The length and structure of the program can be tailored to the needs of the respective educator and their community.
