I help people and communities find their way back to the power of their inherent goodness.
Away from the burden of suffering towards a deeper awareness of and connection to their sacred preciousness; a preciousness that they can entrust to create a wholehearted life marked by the integrity of their deepest truth and desire for generativity.
I do this through my work as a therapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and groups. I also use my capacities for facilitation, learning design and creativity to offer community projects, learning experiences and creative workshops and events.
